Then thought about cobnut pizza... maybe pesto dough would be good, celariac puree, cobnuts, parmesan & rocket on top?<br /><br />Used to be a great cobnut tree in the garden next to my grandparents & we would relieve the branches of their weight each year. Call it a public service.
